Introduction
In a traditional class setting, learners are taught collectively as a group of many and are expected to grasp the concepts at the same pace; which is obviously not possible. (This is a centuries-old idea that was intended to produce factory workers and not necessarily nurture talent or provoke curiosity in learners to promote innovation). As a result, some learners are left behind and end up never grasping key concepts and may even be viewed as failures; a disparity that we don't have in our school since we believe that every child is uniquely gifted and handle them differently. On the other hand, learners who can grasp concepts faster than their peers end up wasting too much time waiting for their colleagues, spending more time than necessary. This is an obsolete idea where many learners are handled collectively in a classroom like a factory production line and has already been overtaken by events.
The Royal Home School Nairobi ensures that every student is taught and handled at their own pace, according to their individual abilities, talents and needs; using the best and most dynamic curriculum in the world.
